About the event
Offering 1st and 2nd doses & boosters of the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines Persons between the ages of 12-18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Proof of address and photo ID are needed at time of vaccination. Those that receive a COVID-19 vaccine will be gifted a $25 gift card.
